LG Electronics successfully presented the wireless transmission and reception of data in the 6G band, over a distance of over 100 meters in the outdoor environment. The breakthrough was achieved in collaboration with the Fraunhofer Society, Europe’s largest research laboratory in the field of applied science. On July 13, data was sent between the Fraunhofer Heinrich Hertz Institute (HHI) and the German Technical University Berlin.

The well-known and popular LetsGoDigital website has revealed a new patent filed by Huawei. This patent explains the overlapping Arc display with an under-screen selfie camera, the functionality of which exceeds the capabilities of a standard screen.

Developers from XDA discovered in the code of the recently released Mi Security app 5.6.0 new settings for battery handling and charging. Xiaomi will warn against the use of unauthorized batteries and may lower the charging speed if MIUI OS detects a non-genuine cell.
